Got pulled over yesterday

OK, so I didn't get pulled over per se. I was getting gas and hear someone yell "Hey!" I turn around and there's an LEO sitting in his patrol car. He gets out and immediately says "Is that a Brutale?? I LOVE MV's!!" He said he was rolling by and turned around to check it out.

We talked a bit and he's a rider who's looking at a used F4. I told him about MV.net and he said he'd already visited!

BTW - GreenEggs, he knew all about your bike, too. Better watch out. LOL

Haha! It would be awesome if this cop buys an MV and becomes a regular here.

When I first got my F4, I spent about 30 minutes talking to a cop at a gas station about it. He was asking questions about how stable the bike was over 100mph and I wasn't sure if he was tricking me into admitting speeding. It was a hard conversation.

A Cop pulled me over. Thought I was screwed. He apologized and told me he loves MV's and really wanted to see the R up close, and did I mind. He was a great guy. Told me he was saving for one, but because he has a young family and doesn't get paid a lot, he was going to be on his Ninja for a while. I hope he gets one some day. You should have seen him around the bike. It was like he was at church.

Yeah, I was at the Exxon right next door and as we were talking about MVs in the area, he mentioned he knew there was a guy with an F4 at the International Building.

He said it was a fast looking bike with some nice mods. I said "If you think it looks fast parked there, you should see how fast it really is with Chris on it!!!"

Don't worry, I didn't say anything like that at all. I just agreed that you have a nice looking F4. All in all, very cool LEO.

Great...

As our season is just getting underway, I've been saying to myself the age old "Take it Easy" routine. I too have concerns regarding excessive speeds this season . I hope to be smart and keep it mostly under wraps, and to avoid crossing that dreaded doulble yellow .

So guys...GOOD-LUCK and be SAFE. lets avoid and .

That sounds good Peter, but if I can get you out on those beautiful Chester County roads, I'm sure you will be hard pressed to keep that beautiful Tamburini under wraps.....

jdog,

You are welcome to meet me on any ride. Not unusual for me and a partner to depart ~7am from Rt 76 & 476, Conshohocken, and do a loop one way or another in the region. I usually try to get off the roads by 1pm as traffic increases. Chester, Berks or Bucks counties have great roads, usually devoid of problems.

Feel free to send me your name, location and # and we will .

Peter
