Question What's happened to X Bikes as forum sponsors ?

.
What's happened to X Bikes as forum sponsors ?

Iíve just noticed that Chris aka: X Bikes Racing is no longer on the list of forum sponsor.

His web site is still going strong (http://www.xbikes.cc/home/) so I assume everything is still okay at Wisbech..

Anyone know the score or have the lowdown on what happened ?

Now that is what I call an open door...

What a beast of a motorcycle!
It growls and rages and flies across the tarmac like a wild animal that has escaped the confinement of a cage and after merely waiting restlessly until the release, will not endure being locked up ever again.

Skye I miss you. L'essentiel est invisible pour les yeux.

I went to look on another sponsors site for some bits and noticed the list of forum sponsors looked somewhat short.. It took me a few mins to work out it was Chris that had left..

I rang him tonight to see if he was okay and spoke to Dave his dad, as Chris was out for the evening.. I'm sure everythings fine, and at least we know where to get in touch with him in the future..

Keep up the good work Chris and if I ever get my F4 back together, I'll be down to X Bikes for that final fettle..

John/Brian, I spoke with Chris the other week not about this though, but I understand all is ok with him.

Ring or email me though for more as he is working on some new stuff and I will be taking my Mutley Pikes Peak to him in the New Year for tuning (not dyno jet though).

Oh and by the way I am hoping to coincide that with dropping of those parts to you for dipping at the same time! I will keep you posted if that is ok.

Chris, is a sound and genuine bloke who transformed my 1078r, his knowledge he shared freely and his link up and work with Microtec has helped numerous owners on here

Hopefully he will be permitted to post as a member so that he can continue to help others without having to be a Sponsor?

Hi Dave

Cheers for the clarification that everythings Hunky Dory at the X Bikes Racing camp..

Yeah, give me a shout when you're over and we'll get together..

We might be visiting your Rock next year around Tennerfest, as I'm up for a challenge and feel somewhat peckish that time of year..

John, you must in that case allow us to show you around the Island and meet up to have a meal or two.

Look forward to catching up with you in the New Year.

Merry Christmas to all of you.

Dave

Tales of my dimise are greatly exaggerated.

Cheers for the thread but I'm not dead yet and still doing what I do.

Taking a break right now for a number of reasons but if I can work things out then I'll be back.

That's the business side of things and as a business I'm working towards coming back when things pick up.

On a personal note as my ID on here is so obviously linked I doubt I'll post much in the way of topics or getting involved. I take responsibility for my part on recent events but the whole experience has left a bitter taste and I'm in no hurry to go back there so I think it's best to take a break, get some work done and continue finishing the development of new products that must be done.

If you need me then PM or google for my email.

Cheers.
