Reading between the lines you get the feeling it would hold up well against them but it really depends how she behave on the road under normal everyday use.
In the past this has been where the recent MV's have had issues but he has already made comments that the fuelling has greatly improved and really there weren't any real negatives apart from the weight, which is approx 199kg fully fuelled. that makes it one the the heaviest in it's class

It will have to go some to beat the triumph, MCN love the brand.

true... mv is notorious for not being the quickest around the track , but it is a beautiful machine.

Does the 800 have a different throttle tube to the 675? Why are they complaining of the tube not having any resistance now?

Also what has changed on the quick shifter and traction control that it is now so much better than the 675 (they didn't like the quick shifter and traction control as much on the previous reviews of the 675)?

Thanks DeadHead for posting the article. After watching that MCN clip, I couldn't help but be stunned by the absolute beauty of the F3. Who gives a shit if the throttle tube resistance is too light!

I was surprised no moaning about it needing a steering damper? Also he mentioned it has no tendency to wheelie in lower gears. I would have expected 148hp would want to lift the front. Sure does on the B800 with 125hp.

The more info that comes online just makes me want one more. 30hp more in mid range...yes please.
