Is possible ride without dash board F4 MY10?

I want protect original dash board in my track days.
Is possible ride without dash ?
There is in market another option for change a simple race dash or something like this. ?

I think Donsy claimed in another thread that he has raced his bike several times without a dash but I could be wrong.

No Cash, I ran it at home, testing stuff on the bike while waiting for another dash to show up, but I never raced it.

With no temp readings and rev couter it would feel terrible. If I was Spain, I would not worry about the dash, if you crash hard enough to damage the dash, you will probabaly have much bigger things to worry about. Don't ask me how I know.
