Australian parts backup

Hello all,
Since the new importer has taken over in the last 12 months or so, here in Australia, how has the parts back up and service been?
Better or worse than before, and is it any good now?

Thanks.

I've been told that its better than before.

But first hand. My father bike had a faulty part. Was put in the shop a few weeks before Xmas when the part was ordered. Took over 2 months (9 weeks) to receive the part, just recently. Pretty disappointing, but oh well.

Deano.
