Yes there are recommended oils, and oil filters.
There are a number of heat reducing opportunities available to you.
These are common subjects - the 'Search' option is willing to be your friend
Your efforts to seek information - rather than wait for it - will be rewarded here with very knowledgable, helpful replies when you have a question that hasn't been answered before.
You might do a search as those topics are covered extensively here.
Right off hand, I would say that the new upgraded water pump with impeller, water wetter, and fan blades will help with the cooling.
Also, always only fill the coolant expansion tank to just the "minimum" or just a couple centimeters below it. If you fill it higher than that or to the max level, the bike will spew lots of coolant out the overflow tube.

It's a nightmare to ride through Seoul traffic jam on tours in summer with the F4 lol.

Seoul has one of the worst traffic jams and equally questionable drivers.
Poor bike. lol
