Welcome to the forum!

Yes there are recommended oils, and oil filters.
There are a number of heat reducing opportunities available to you.

These are common subjects - the 'Search' option is willing to be your friend

Your efforts to seek information - rather than wait for it - will be rewarded here with very knowledgable, helpful replies when you have a question that hasn't been answered before.

Hi, and welcome.
You need a 10w 60 oil of good quality.
The overheating problems are well covered here as well.
Good luck!!

Hello fellow Korean,

You might do a search as those topics are covered extensively here.

Right off hand, I would say that the new upgraded water pump with impeller, water wetter, and fan blades will help with the cooling.

Also, always only fill the coolant expansion tank to just the "minimum" or just a couple centimeters below it. If you fill it higher than that or to the max level, the bike will spew lots of coolant out the overflow tube.

I use Motorex 10w60 for my F4. For the heat issue I use Muzzy aluminum fans and the impeller from Vesuvio Racing. Also Engine Ice coolant.
