Dealer?

Damn son, use your sources!

How many do you want? I have a lot you can have for the price of postage.

Thanks! I need just one.
Yeah, dealers are easy to find. I just don't know who the good ones are.
I'm getting coolant overflow at 203F. Perhaps my cap is weak? Or is the level drops below the minium mark on the tank. The overflow is not continuous.
This is a new to me bike so I am not familiar with its nature. I have read about the self leveling of the coolant but it seems to me that getting overflow at 203F is a bit too soon isn't it?

The bikes will spit coolant if the level is too high. There are a lot of threads on what the proper coolant level is. Also be sure the system is purged properly. Again, there are instructions on how to do that too.
If you decide you need a cap drop me a pm with your address and I'll send you one.

OK CAG
I did the tilt procedure. No gurgling.
I then took the cap off and started the bike up. When the bike got up to temp the coolant started circulating. Give the bike any throttle and the coolant level goes down. Release the throttle and the coolant level slowly creeps back up. Level fluctuates and sometimes the level goes over the top. Hit the gas and the fluid level sucks back down and let off the gas and the whole level rising again and level fluctuating starts over. All with the cap off. It spit out enough that I had to add more distilled water.
I have no idea if any of this is normal as I have only owned one water cooled bike and it never had any spitting up issues.
Thank You

when the bike is off and COLD, it should be filled no higher than the MIN line on the overflow tank, otherwise it will vomit until it gets down to that point.

No, that doesn't sound normal. Try the cap first, hopefully that will solve the problem. Sounds like the system is not pressurized. Or, not enough coolant is flowing through the system at idle.

Just a FYI for who is a good dealer. Call up Pro Italia. Great group of guys if you need OEM parts.

CAG is a person if you need used parts though.

Hmmm, I think CAG is still a person, even if you don't need parts
