Just a quick question?

I've got a 100r with the beautifull silver tip exhaust that come standard however I have been offered a set of RG3's off an AGO. As some may know the AGO has a kinda matt finish which I don't like that much and prefer my standard tips.

So my question is can I swap the tips only from my current to the RG3's??

Any help much appreciated

I think the internal diameter of your standard tips are slightly smaller in size to the RG3's. so not sure if they will fit as a straight swap.

That is a good price for this kit and a nice little upgrade for the early F4 exhaust look..

Let us know how you get on..

I understand that the internals are different but surely the outer sleeve's are the same???? Can these be replaced over the internals of the RG3's?

I have just looked at my exhaust collection!! and am of the opinion that you may be able to swap standard tips to a set of RG3s but....the swaging looks pretty tight on the standard can tips to the tapered stainless inbetweeny piece leading to the perf tube bit!!!!
Worse case scenario is.....you cant seperate tips from pipes and diameters are wrong-Rivet back together as was, live and learn eh. I had my Casoli pipe tips stove enamelled in a gloss black and i love that look-maybe do the same for your RG3 tips if need be?
By the way, wont you need a standard set for the annual MOT!?!?
