Moving to Canada

As the title says , I am heading to Canada, May 28th. Heading to Vernon. Any guys in B.C. with MVs that can give me any tips on where to find another one once there ( Brutale) . Doubt itís worth the embuggerance to ship mine and swap regos and all the bullshit that entails . Might ship my race bikes if I end up sending other stuff over but even that is doubtful. It will be a sad day when I have to sell mine but thatís life . Thanks for any feedback guys , Regards Cus.

CUS the only person that I know from Canada on the site is SWISSN . Listen to him and you will end up buying an R1 and stranded roadside with a blown engine or transmission lol.

Was about to post another Canada-related topic and stumbled upon your post.

I moved to BC about two years ago, left my 2013 F4RR back in Russia since it's legally impossible to import it here. There's not really a lot of MVs around here since they don't have any official presence, but I might provide some insight both sides of the border since I already imported US bikes here and somewhat familiar with the process. There was a couple of decent 1090s on craigslist, though I've never seen them up close.

From a financial standpoint it doesn't make any difference if you buy local or import, since you end up paying 12% tax in both cases anyway, and US market has way more choices.

Anyway, be glad to get in touch, let me know if I can help with anything.

BTW, let me know if you end up importing your bikes here - I'm a certified MV tech in the past and could easily ship my tools here if you'll find some place to work in
