Stolen B3 Sydney

I unfortunately had my bike stolen back in early August from my home in Sydney. It was a Red B3 800 2013 model. If you are offered any cheap parts etc then let me know and we can work something out.

Cheers

New Site Garage
Nothing worse than finding an empty space where you last parked your bike. Hope that there is a result in finding the perpetrators.

I noticed that, at least in the SE of the UK, thieves of high value bikes are tending to leave stolen bikes in a public place for a day or two after lifting them in case a tracker is fitted. A couple of guys on the Ducati forum have recovered their bikes with minimal damage because they had one fitted.

Really sorry to hear that mate. It is a big problem. In Paris if you leave

an MV outside, there will be blood between gangs claiming the bike!

You are not free to enjoy your bike. Constantly moving like being

hunted. Garage to track or twisties and back. No stops!

Oh! And the garage needs to have certain characteristics otherwise it will be gone from there also.

It was on my porch outside. I'd been away for 12 months with it sat there. I come back and get it serviced, fit a new Matris steering damper, then some tool goes and nicks it.

This is probably the safest place i'd ever lived, but a lot of building works going on at the minute so a lot of traffic on a normally quiet street.

I'm just amazed I didn't hear them take it. Nothing has come up when asked locally. I'm thinking the parts have gone overseas.

I've managed to rent a secure garage nearby now. 24/7 access, manned security and camera access. Tempted to get a tracker and invite a few mates over each weekend until they come back.
