Hello

Just wanted to say hello.

I am a long time rider (24 years on the street) and currently ride a GSXR 1000, a Volusia 800, and a few others. I also race an SV650 at NHIS. I am in the process of researching MV Agusta F-4s in preparation for a possible purchase. What better way to gather facts about the bike than from people that own and ride them.

Thank you in advance for all of your help

Well, here is my first question.

Has anyone owned or ridden GSXR 1000 extensively that now owns an F4 1000? I would love to here a comparison and opinions.

Actually, I have ridden most modern day bikes (Not the MV obviously) so any comparison would help. Someone else I know compared the seating of an MV to a Honda CBR or Ducati 999 and the power curve to the Yamaha R1.

Thank you

All your questions are of high interest.

But don't forget , buying an MV is passion, not reason !!

So if you like it, don't hesitate, you won't be dissapointed, my friend !

I am definitely passionate about the MVs looks and everything I have read, It is absolutely the most beautiful motorcycle I have ever seen. I am just trying to get an idea of what they are like to ride, how they handle, how they are to work on.

I actually think most bikes are beautiful in their own way. Each one brings something unique to the table. I love the way the Ducati 999 handles but I am not fond of the looks. I like the way the Yamaha R1 looks but I am not fond of how it handles. I could go on but you get the idea.

IMO, the passion is about more than form it is also about function. I am interested in the whole package.
