Brutale 1078RR Racing ECU fitted

Hello everyone,

I have fitted the racing ECU in my brute. I was busy installing the pcv as well but it apparently involves turning the injectors as the connectors won't fit else (found out afterwards). So decided to close the bike up and try it with the ECU only. That is a massive difference already! The pulsating riding/throttle due to lambda regulation is completely gone! Also very smooth from closed to open throttle. It also feels quicker, especially in the upper rev range. I always was in next gear way before the shift light would light up. Found that it pulls great till the end of the rev range now till the limiter. My friend with his Z1000 thought i was disappearing faster as before too.......

I also fitted a BMC air filter (seems a bit louder but could be in my imagination as well) and in combination with the decat the sound is great now and love the way it rides. I'll think i'll dyno the bike to see the difference with before (145 crank HP on 3 dyno's calculated from wheel to crank hp blabla.)

So very pleased with the results 🙂
