Removing oil fill plug F4

Some how the refill-plug is on very hard, and hard to remove, my question is, can I use an impact drive. Most importantly, is the plug is counter-clock wise to remove?, I'm having this mental block and I don't want to strip that plug, just want to check with you guys before f.....k up, newB here.

Is yours a recessed hex head??? If so, Yes, you could use an impact. Yes it is standard thread (lefty loosy).

Hand held impact driver would be better than a 1/2 impact air gun....

Got a propane torch? warm it up a bit and try again.

I used to be fast....now I just dream about it.
