black substance in coolant bottle top up

I was doing general checkup on my bike which included topping up the coolant. When i unscrewed the top up screw, i noticed there was a black substance blocking the whole. I put a screw driver in the hole just to see if it moves but it just feel in the coolant bottle. you can just about see the edges of that substance in the picture inside the top up hole. Any one knows what this is and if its ok that it fell in the coolant bottle?

i wouldn't worry about it just yet but monitor the colour and level of coolant , coolant level should only just be apparent in the header tank , any more and they tend to vent it out

Check your oil for evidence of white/yellow froth. Just need to rule out head gasket.
