Ever sat on 2.500.000 Euro

I just had the luck to sit on the two GP Racers of Mr. Castelli last weekend. The 350 Sei Cilindrica is said to be insured for that amount of money. The 500 Tre is might somewhat cheaper. The 350 is a real stretching bench where the 500 is quite comfy in comparison. Okay Gianfranco Bonera drove the beauty than later.
However the event was the 65 years celebration of MV Agusta held by the MV Agusta Club Deutschland. And the location couldn't be more spectacular than this. We was at Castle Rheinfels on top of the rocks surrounding the river Rhein. Spectacular views, spectacular walks trough the remains of the castle, a great cruise on the river, a nice tour around the country side, a fabulous dinner in the former wine hall and demo racing on a praking lot. Around 100 MV Agusta in the courtyard of the castle, around 200 nice peoples and enthusiasts. What more to ask for ? It was simply fantastic.
More photos in my album.

I love that about MV Agusta. I am yet to find a group of people as enthusiastic about their motorcycles as MV Agusta rider/owners. Aprilia owners are a far second, Ducati lack, and don't even get me started on Japanese (not to say they don't have people like MV rider/owners I just have not met them).

I got to sit on a MV 750 from the Mid 1970s, no clue as to the valeu of the particular motorcycle but it was pretty cool that the owner allowed me the oportunity.

That is pretty cool.

Rhetorical question, Farley, I know why the Brutales are parked in the back.

I see the side car project bike someone posted pictures of years ago is a reality.

The Brutales are parked in the back because they are slower no?
Or is it because they are not as sexy as the F4s?

The Brutales got a complete row along the walk way, just hidden by the Corsacorta. Altough the F4 had there space under the tent as the vintage bikes. And I think there where more Brutale than F4 this time around. Even three 150 Anniversary Brutale.
