Slight smoking

I went out the other night on my 1960 125 TREL and noticed a slight smoking from the exhaust, it was like I was riding a 2 stroke. I only did about 5 miles then stopped and spent an hour chatting then set off back home, no smoke on the way back.
A bit concerned so I did a compression test, I cant get the result any higher than 90, shouldnt it be around 140+ ?
So I'm guessing worn valves/guides/rings.
Before I start stripping the engine to start checking does anyone know where I could get a manual or at least a parts list/exploded view?

1960 MV 125 TREL
1931 James C12
1957 James Cadet
1979 Romet Komar
And some modern stuff.
