Question: Should I buy an MV

Simples I have always wanted an MV. I live in the Isle of Man and watched Ago in the 60's here.
I cannot afford Ago's old bike so something a little more affordable would be good, I have my eye on a 350B.
Can you knowledgable owners tell me is this a foolish want on my part.

For info: I have owned too many bikes to count (not MV) so maintenance wise I do everything myself.

Oh dear 23 views and no one will say buy one, not a good sign

Simples, If you've always wanted an MV- buy an MV. You don't really need us to tell you that it is ok to do so.

If you have specific questions then ask them, especially given your history of ownership of bikes (albeit not MVs). We would need to know condition of bike you have your eye on, mileage, history (both ownership and service/usage) etc.

Hope this helps and welcome.

Buy the bike Manx. This community can be extremely helpful, especially in the classic arena.

910R, S4RS Monster,'78 BMW R100S, Heritage Softail, Chrome V-Rod, Sportster 48, Kawasaki Concours 1400, '07 Ultra Classic with sidecar, yellow Vespa LX 150, a cool little Ruckus, and a very understanding wife........

I joined here to get encouragement to buy one. It worked. I suspect you just need a little as well.

So just do it.
Nothing to be afraid of. Put on your big boy pants and open that wallet.

Life is too short to worry. Follow your heart and buy one. If it doesn't work out you can always sell it. If you buy the right bike you are unlikely to make a loss.

Join the MV Agusta Owners Club of Great Britain they have amazing parts rescources. Also, they help with advice etc but spares are their strong point - you have to be a member to be able to purchase parts.
