Hi Anji,

Your bike must be manufactured in, or after 1959. I have no younger numbers in my database so far. Sorry for that.

Hi Anji,

Just forgot to ask you more info in order to complete my database of serialnumbers of the little MV-singles. Could you please give more info: f.i. the correct type of the 175? I'd appreciate your reply.
When I get more info about 175's from other members I may problably let you know more.

Hi Gianni

So sorry for this delay but I was out & only saw your post yesterday when I returned. I realyy dont have any more info except for the foll:
The bike was imported to India 1959 or 1960 by an Italian priest who was an instructor in a Tech, training school in Hyderabad.
The bike was officially registered in 1960 in India.
Iam the second owner & bought the bike in approx 1980's. It has since been with me. I recently started her after nearly 30 years & she still runs very sweet. It dosent have the DelOrto carb & is fitted with a VM 24 Mikuni.
Take care
Anji
