congratiulation. It looks like plenty of work with lots of fun. Very nice!! Please send some more pics. It has the rare CS tank, beautiful!!

It's great that this bike went to you, a real enthusiast, rather than to someone who just wants to sell it on Ebay for a quick profit.

thanks All of you.. the bike was out on ebay in uk , but not get sold,
i bought it from a company in uk,
i have long talks with Mr Voerman from Belgium ,, to see and check with his knowledge so all was ok
my goal has been to have a driveble Disco, so i will build it up Like a Disco , with my homemade gastank
and having the front fork as now ,,so it will be a Discette with css engine

Ake, did you make the castings or let you make them from a foundry?
What are your next steps. Tell us more about your project.

i havent cast them. i bought these squalo heads and valve covers ,
byt the project is to mill them in a spinner 5 axis mill.
i have talked with my workmate and measure them in mastercam and then mill out heads in billet material if someone else will have to.. a 4 valve head i thought about to, ..
i also have a css vernier camshaft for measurements to i will made some new and wireerode out the camlobes . hope that will be as good as grinded lobes,

Can you people tell me what yearmodel
I got on this bike ?
Frame have 405643. / 35 is it 1954 ?
Look at the serial number thread below
My Enginenumber is 403379 ss can that be a 1956 engine ?
And what did / 35 meant. Or is it only a part of the framenumber ?
Have some of you tryed to use a piston with no dome on , and adjust the combustionchamber to get the right
Cc ?
