hi, dose anyone know the paint codes for a 72 mv agusta 750s also tank decals thanks in advance

Hi

If you can get Lechler paints their code for 1965-1975 is MV 2 ROSSO

Hi Maryack,

it is a wonderfull and rather autentic bike. I wouldn't repaint it. I would only clean and overhaul its technic.

Wish you have great fun with it.

thanks alexander the tank is a bit ruff around the filler and the frame is pretty ruff if you have a close look

I took my tank to a sign writer who made the main stickers to exact ,as I had bad luck with decal company's . And painter matched paint

Paint Codes

The problem with matching paint is what part of the bike are you going to match. You will find the side panels, frame and other parts are all different shades and I think that was the case even when new as it was dependent on where the parts were painted and whether they were oven baked or not. Then of course there is the problem of fade which was always particularly bad with red from that era
