1968 MV 150 Sport value and info???

I am looking at a 150 Sport here in the US that is for sale. I think it would be a cool restoration project but I don't know much about it. How many were made, can you get parts, whats it worth. Heres a link to give a better idea:

Any info at all would be great thanks!

You'll need a translator but it looks like it's a model unique to Italy... I've searched right through wiki can't find it mentioned for any other country's lists. Hope it helps though!!

My boss asked me to start the presentation with a joke. I attached the payslip to the first slide.

The 150 Rapido Sport was build quite a few Years and so likely they build a few thousand back in the days.
Actually they are likely pretty scarce in the US but we had a guy here on site who had a few and claimed his dad had a dozen of it.
Now if all bits and pieces are there a restoration to as new conditions is possible.
The handle bar in ape hanger style is of course wrong and there should be some clip ons's.
Finding spares is never easy but a membership in the MV Owners Club of the UK is might a good choice.
Brochures, Manual as Parts Catalogue are might available if You PM me.
In Italian of course.
Now pricing is difficult to judge and if You want it than go for it.
No matter what it takes.

UK spares will mostly have wearable items as I have found out with the other bikes. But sometimes they might have major parts for certain models. Definetly worth joining the club

A new exhaust is definitely available from a guy in Italy.
A original tail light / registration plate unit is tougher.
Other bits and pieces can be found and were shared on many Italian marques back in the day.
