Did you tighten the front pipes as you went? Keeping everything slack till you connect the back might give you some adjustability since the header pipe alignment and position should set the positioning for the collector, mid, and slip-on. If it's assembled correctly and this is the result with no flexibility, you might want to contact the supplier.

You need to twist and manipulate the system so that it sits properly into the right places. I had a similar problem doing mine but once you kinda jiggle and move different pieces it will line up

HP Corse

G'day,

Here's some pics of the exhaust fitted to my 2009 1078RR Brutale. Nothing lines up too well. Bracket is screwed to the rear sets from the inside with a piece of rubber between the bracket and rear set. You can see the face of the bolt below the two footpeg screws that attach peg to rearsets. Works well, never come loose.

Cheers

Deano

Put a little copper paste on the tube ends - they will align much easier.

And yes - only put all parts together without tightening any srew and turn the tube by hand till they fit to your bike.

I motori sono come le donne, bisogna saperli toccare nelle parti piu' sensibili.......

This is how mine sits, both holes line up and sit as they should. Be patient and it'll come together.

The HP Corse Exhaust is very nice but I love the original pipes, just wondering why the change? power? sound?
