Fuel Cap question

I was recently looking into a tamburini fuel cap. When I started to eyeball my current cap. I noticed something I hadn't before. My fuel cap seems to be out of alignment with the center of the bike. It is ever so slight but after noticing it I can't seem to stop. Anyone else noticed this.

Perhaps I should do some measuring to find out. but it really looks like the fuel cap. using the ruler as a straight edge you can see where it lines up on the handlebars just off to the left as if it's twisted counter clockwise.

+1. More than likely the decal. Decals are probably hand laid, and maybe Giuseppe had too much grappa the night before. Pull some measurements if your really interested...
