Help Please 990 brake light

I have just noticed that my brake light is staying on constantly. I first thought this might be a bad switch so I unplugged both the front and rear brake switches. The light remained on. I am thinking I may have a short Hoping it's a nicked wire or grounding issue not a special relay or something. Any advice or ideas on tracking this down?

Update: I took the rear brake light off and tested the voltage at the plug it has the proper voltage on the proper legs so I believe the short is in the tail light. When I looked at the light I noticed some condensation on the inside of the light. This is supposed to be sealed is it

Anyone have a stock tail light assembly they would be willing to part with in exchange for cash? I know a lot of you have gone for the integrated tail light/blinker. Perhaps if you were looking to go integrated now would be a good time

Went to the integrated and have the stock light. Better yet I am in OKC. It's yours. No worries on cash. Just PM me if you want to meet up and I will bring it. Or I can mail it.

Glad to hear you had success with that cat bolt. Can't wait to see how that exhaust looks. Might have to look at a new slip on.
