**SERVICE** panel on dashboard?

Can anyone tell me what the **SERVICE** dashboard panel is supposed to do?

I remember it did actually do some kind of countdown prior to the first 1000km service, but now it just sits on 0, even though I'm up to 8,200km. Am I supposed to reset it? Can't find anything which explains how to use it.

You need to reset it manually, fairly easy to do on the F3, not sure if it's the same with yours. To find your procedure, download the service manual/s from Donsy - www.teamdouble3racing.com .

We're all here, but we're not all there.

Easy to reset, hold the arrow buttons down at the same time with ignition on then the dealer mode should come up then
Scroll down to reset service interval then press arrow buttons again to get it back to Speedo .

Hope that helps, Scott.

Shouldn't the dealer have done that as part of the service?

Well, the thing is that it just reads '0', so it's kind of already reset. I never saw it count down as I approached the second service, which would have been 7000km on the clock (?). It worked for the first service - ie, gave me a countdown from 1000 to zero when I first got the bike. So I knew I had x km til the first service, but now it's just dormant. I'll check with Peter Stevens tomorrow when I drop it off.
