The gold leafing of the emblems is a nice touch.

What is he little logo on the front fender?

Is it actually wood, or just faux painted to look like wood?

well that is not a bike store or a dealer...it`s an art studio store sort of...so i guess it is real wood ....and being an art store in Italy they have cose some art from the motorcycle world.......MV is an obvious choice..motorcycle art..

Me thinks paint or sticker otherwise it would be hard to get the tyre on the rim without destroying it. Their have been a lot of trucks around south Georgia with camo stickers fallowing the contours of the bodywork.

B750 and B1078 RR both gone now.

It's hard to believe that is wood. Making it look so real would take so much effort.

Looks too glossy for vinyl.

I've done this type of refinishing in the past, maybe not this good, but there are guys I know who have really mastered it.

Ok, I guess I'm just a bit too literal. I thought he was saying the WHOLE bike was made of wood. Here's what I found about it:

This makes it more clear:

Personally, I think he just did this because he got tired of his gas tank bubbling!!
