Anyone got these protectors?

Just ebay junk? Where (exactly) are these mounted?

Pics - you know - would be nice!! Stock photo, so I'd like to know what comes in the box.

That is the mounting kit to which the frame sliders mount. There are no protectors with it...those are separate!

Go here: http://www.spieglerusa.com/crash-pro...r/sliders.html

Very nice kit!

--i really like those. any photos?

ps. why do I see more MVs popping up in DC? There is a 910r that lives in front of the ExIm bank on occasions, and this morning I saw a red 750 buzz past Metro Center. And I thought I was lonely...

Will probably settle on these. I've been trying to shop around, but can't find these in too many places.

Did anyone purchase them at a cheaper price?

And what is the final verdict on these - spacers between the frame or not?

engine protection is next. I really like these:

Damn why so expensive. I had my case re-welded for...the same amount. I'm beginning to hate evolutionbike for all the nice things on sale.

The frame sliders are good mate, but the L/H side casing will get more protection with this - http://www.designcorse.co.uk/Mv_Agus...kend_Protector -
and for the R/H side try these - http://www.evolutionbike.it/mvagusta...ke/mv007p.html -

MVAgusta Corse Teardrop frame protector for the 2010 1090RR Brutale:
With the original attachments (a spacer is provided with the teardrop protector), the clearance is not sufficient to protect the "hose cooling radiator pump". Therefore, you will need to also purchase two longer bolts and two longer spacers in order to better protect the lhs and rhs of the engine.

the "hose cooling radiator pump" is #56

I threw some money at the above. Here the result:

I'm still wondering how well these work, but not SO curious as to want to find out myself. Some of you guys know I'm bad luck already.
