Cam chain question.

Any input on the necessity to change cam chain tensioner/and or chain. It`s on my 750s which has 42000kms on it and doesn`t seem overly noisy though such things tend to creep up slowly without you realising. Thanks in advance,
Cus.

Cus,

Maintenance guide indicates a check every 12000km / 7500 ml.....

Cheers,
