Headlight adjustment

Can the high beam and low beam, be adjusted separately? Low beam seems fine, high beam isn't nearly high enough.

I adjusted them higher (both of course), very happy with the result.

no. the reflector is one piece

After the lens hits the ground and you tape it back together, it may look different???? Just kidding, I had to adjust mine up but looks like it is both. No one has flashed me yet so maybe I should keep adjusting it up until they do.
