What are you lubing the chain with?
Switch to something cleaner with less fling, and apply it properly (i.e. hot chain, apply, wipe off excess).

You need to clean the chain well. Then use a good chain lubricant. I use Motul Chain Lube Road.

Where I live it seldom rains so since the orings keep the lube in the rollers I don't use chain lube any more. No rust issues. I do use wd 40 to keep the orings from drying out and clean the chain. After lubing following a ride and wiping off, it seems to do well. My neighbor turned me on to this and he gets 30k out of his chains. I is low humidity here as well. (S. Cal)
Just my .02 worth.

Fala José Paulo,

Tive este mesmo problema por lubrificar demais a corrente. É só diminuir a quantidade que fica tudo certo. Eu uso Motul Chain Lube.

Abs,
