MV customer service experiences?

Anyone have any experiences with dealing with MV with a out of warranty problem such as the SPU problems? Regardless of warranty, it would seem that MV would take care of such problems. With such a high failure rate paired with no reported secondary failures, MV would acknowledge that they had a distributor problem and would resolve such issues. Same goes for the inadequate rear hub bearings, though this problem is linked to chain tension/bolt torque issues that are service issues. thanks tommy

I think this varies with different distributors in different countries. Big question mark here with the changes in the USA distributorship now going on. Practically none of the old staff are there now.

I used to be I just dream about it.

The SPU is bad in all years I think.. mine was just replaced under warranty.. but is still not clear of all problems... the bikes should be recalled! once again.. wake up MV you are losing customers!
