Couldn't resist, not done but pretty dang close.

If you look closely, you'll notice other subtle improvements. The matched powder-coated radiator guards. The low profile led signals, steering damper, Corse decals on instrument cover and tail section. Matched metallic gloss black instrument cover and tail section, gloss black chain guards. Rizoma mirrors, grips and barends are on the way. I know everything is available in Carbon but wanted it to look like it was from MV this way, not to just have a bunch of aftermarket parts. So, I have the full titanium corse exhaust on hold but need an Ecu. Basically I'm trying to make a street usable Brutale Challenge bike. It will be at bike shows, Euro bike nights, track days, and even an Italian Festival this Sunday with a bunch of Ducatis. Mine is always the only MV. If mine is the only MV Brutale in the state, I want it to look amazing.
Also, a note on the bellypan. The grey and black where matched from the gas tank colors. The red could not be matched from the bike, but, as I said, my painter paints Indy Race cars and by some small miracle, he had a pint left of Marlboro Penske Red which was the main color on their cars from the early 90's to approx 2009. This color is owned by Penske and is not available to anyone other than who paints their cars. It is an UNBELIEVABLY close match to the red vinyl highlights on this bike. Noone can get this again ever. I have a small bottle of touch up of it. Also notice the thin like of black before the grey part exactly like the front fender. Anyway, I hope my mods have added to the bike and not taken away from their lovely creation.

Would like To see pics of Brutales with lower fairings. I know they are popping up for the 1090. Where are they coming from and do they come painted? Just wonderin.

Not a big fan of belly pans on Brutales personally, but other than that you've got yourself a sick looking bike. Well done

I wanted it to tie perfectly with the tank, The tank is 3 colors, belly had to be 3 colors and match, in style and color. it was not easy and I had not seen it done before. At least not in 3 colors. Gloss black would have been easier and cheaper, but if I wanted easy and cheap I would not have a brutale. She's a high dollar escort that needs wined and dined, so I wanted to finish her outfit. Just feels complete when you see it in person. I know the little gloss black pieces are small but it ties the end of the bike together surprisingly well. No more flat black. When you are dealing with a naked bike, what little color there is needs to be well thought out and to be done right.

Wow !!! Your bike is absolutely beautiful !

My bike is in love with your bike !!

...I have the red/silver bellypan - came painted with the mvcorse logo, 3 parts - mesh screen (needs to be cut and cemented), red section bellypan and silver section intake, 5 screws total to affix (using 2 existing screws) and 2 brackets.

I saw yours, actually one of the only ones I saw. Where did you get it and how much? Mine is 1 piece and the wire mesh had to be trimmed and fitted. 2 brackets (which arrived 3 months AFTER the belly pan) 2 screws for the brackets, use the 2 front ones the held on the oil cooler cover. I lined the inside with high temp black paint, then high temp (2000*) header wrap, then high temp paint again. No paint bubbles for me. The bellypan is the one from MV and the lable actually says MV Corse. Paint and cost of bellypan has me around $850 invested. But it is the nicest paint job I have ever seen on one if I do say so myself. (So does MV, Sent them pics). MV Dealer gave it it's full first service not too long ago, they should have checked the chain then. Paint is retarded expensive, to get the closest match possible, had to go with the real high end stuff, $62 a pint. I now have the rest of the paint and hardly used any. Just has to be bought in pint size.
