Just bought a Brutale - Urgent Question!!

So I just came home with a 2006 910S and the bike is of course fantastic except for one thing... the 3 pieces of the headlight are pretty loose. I know that there are issues with headlight lenses flying off on these bikes but the PO assured me that he rode the bike as-is for a year without any issues. So... is it normal for the headlight to be somewhat loose (maybe 1/8" play) and if not is there a way to fix it short of getting a replacement light? Thanks guys. I'm off to get the bike registered and then hopefully go for a ride! (assuming my headlight stays in place)

No, it is not normal for the headlight to be somewhat loose. It is held in place with screws and rubber bushings, but if any of the plastic pieces of the assembly are loose that needs to be looked at.
