Gearing on a Brutale

I have a 2009 1078RR and I want to gear it higher. Is anybody familiar with doing this? And what sprockets can I go with.
Thanks

Doing my 2004 750 right now, should have sprockets in the mail today.

There are many sprockets to choose from.

How much change do you want?

Be aware, you might need a new chain. If you make a fairly dramatic change, you will need to recalibrate your speedometer with either a "yellow box" or a "speedo healer" box also.

My 750 came with 14T/41T. Because the 15T is on backorder all over the place from AFAM, I'm going with a 14T front and probably a 39T rear. I might try a 38T.

Divide the rear sprocket tooth by the front and you have the final drive ratio. Divide the new rear by the new front and get the new final drive ratio. compare percentages, and that will give you an idea of how much change you're making.

For example:

41/14 = 2.928
39/14 = 2.785

2.785/2.928 = .95

Meaning, about a -5% change in gearing. (more bike speed, less engine speed)

Have a look in your manual to avoid getting what someone else have on their bikes, don't go to a 14tooth front to avoid excessive chain wear.
If you loose more than 2 teeth at the back you will end up having to shorten your chain, you wont really have to replace it, depending on how old it is of coarse.
