MV Agusta Corse exhaust feedback

Thought I would give some feed back on my MV Agusta Corse Inox Full Exhaust system with ECU installed on 1078rr

looks:
I love the clean look with no cat. Note the different join on the down pipes. I think the stainless has an extra piece, not as clean as the Ti system, but at half the price I can live with that

weight:
Can't tell a difference riding. But I'm 220lb so the biggest source weight savings would be me on a diet!

Sound:
I love the new sound. Now it sounds like it looks. It is not too loud at all. If stock were volume on 4 then these are 7! I stood on the side walk while the tech test road ofter the fitting and was really pleased that it was a "nice loud" nothing obnoxious like them loud Harley's etc.

Power:
Sounds faster! can't tell if there are power gains but the power comes on much smoother.

Fueling:
So much better. I was finding it hard to get back on the throttle smoothly coming out of corners and also keeping smooth riding in low spreed traffic - all fixed now. From throttle off to slightly on is much, much better.

Heat:
In traffic the bike was always running at around 205deg. Now always around 190deg.

Strange that the #4 header is discolored a few inches out from the port like that. You'd think it would start right at the port. Looks like #3 has more color. Great way to figure A/F's before they totally turn.

The exhaust gasses exit the pipe with force and it all concentrates at the first bend in the pipe.

have you upgraded only pipes or exhaust too?

Andy, did you have to modify the fuel mapping? I have fitted the Corse pipes to my 1078 but still have the original cat and pipes.

Very difficult to get aftermarket exhaust here. Love the arrow looks and sound.

Hi
I had theMV Agusta Corse Inox Full Exhaust system with ECU installed. As per this link:
http://www.designcorse.co.uk/Brutale...Exhaust_system

As far as I know the ECU is a remapping. They did also plug the bike into a laptop at the shop after the install.

So the complete exhaust system was replaced including mufflers.
I got a great deal on parts from http://www.mvagustaofhouston.com/ (ask for Andy) the shipped across the US for me.

Will the ECU work with stock pipes?

Go that way, really fast. If something gets in your way, turn.
