Missing bolt

Last week I was staring at my beauty and was shocked!
The upper bolt between de framework and the aluminum plate was missing on the right hand side. Don't know for how long, but I think it was recently missing. Checked the bolt on the left side and was also loose, but not yet gone thankfully. Sent an email to the dealer and thang god it was on stock so everything is in order once again.
Has anyone experienced this?
