989r Mod process?

I need some things for my 989R

A rear Hugger

To get rid of that massive "box" thing that is apparently an exhaust.
I like the stock cans tho, so what do I need to do..

bear in mind, I aint exactly Richie McRich, so I'd rather this be on the "cheaper" side if possible please.

The "Box" is the catalytic converter....you need new headers and a mid-pipe. But your system will require the o2 sensor, so you will need to weld a bung for that into the mid-pipe.

Your headers are welded to the Cat in one piece. The pre-Euro3 spec bikes have the pipes you need...just add the o2 sensor mount. CAG may be able to help you with used parts.

I used to be fast....now I just dream about it.
