mv corse slipper vs stock slipper

what is the difference between the mv corse slipper clutch and the slipper clutch that comes standard on the 1090rr?

i saw that the mv corse steering damper is hydraulic whereas people are saying the 1090rr stock steering damper is mechanical.

also has anyone put the belly pan on the new 2010 brutales yet?
