ECU 910s vs R question

I need a ECU for my 2006 910S. I have found a guy that has aECU, but it came off a 910R and mapped for a full titanium exhaust. My Bike only has a pipe on it, not headers. Can this ECU safely be run on my bike or will it not run properly / is dangerous? Thanks for any help!

I belive your S have a 16M ECU while the R models came with a 5SM ECU, so it will not work.

I had a 2006 910s that the ecu was replaced with a 2007 910r ecu. Both stock exhausts ran fine. I bought it form a contributor cgmv . He is a real expert
