Brutale MIrrors-A little help

Hi All,

I have a 2008 Brutale and the right side mirror glass won't stay fied when adjusted. You run 2-3 minutes and it moves out of position and you can't see a thing.

Does anybody know if there is some adjustment to tighten the mirror positioning mechanism?

if you are talking about the mirrors vibrating out of position, mine do the same thing and I think its pretty much a concensus among Brutale owners that the stock mirrors are worthless as far as practicability. I like their design as far as aesthetic goes but they don't do me any good. I didn't like the CRG bar end mirrors but after seeing another forum member with the 2" ones, I ended up replacing mine as well and the bike looks very nice now without the stock ones.

Can't be made, unless you heat up the glass and gently pull it off the bracket. The two side tape will then release it, but I'm not sure that you can adjust anything like that.

I ended up putting a little piece of rubberd tape between the glass and the housing.
