Air Box Mods

I am about to install a PC III and a BMC air filter here in few days and I was wondering if there is any info out there regarding air box mods. I know on many other bikes, the factory will put some restriction of the air box to help contain some of the intake noise, thus reducing both airflow. Any info would be appreciated.

Let the savage breathe!

Thanks, but I got the installation part down. I was wondering if there is any plastic barrier, ect.. that might be reducing airflow due to EPA/noise concern that might be removed while I am installing the BMC filter. Any ideas?

There isn't anything like that in the MV other than the airbox design itself. I don't believe any of us have seen a cfd graph of the f4 or brutale airbox so not sure if or how improvements could be made to the design.
