2013 1090 original price

So I'm trying to figure out what the original price of my bike was. I have a standard 1090 with the matte black finish and silver wheels.

Also, on the vin... Is it like other manufacturers where the last few numbers are the production number?

Hope this helps.

10,449 Euro =
11,646.46 US Dollar

I think this value is low though. I have a jan 2013 Motorcyclist magazine and the 1090R is $16,498

Yes, the last 4 numbers of the VIN are the production sequence.

Try contacting MV USA and ask them what the original MSRP in the USA was. Pricing is different for different markets (import duties, homologation costs, etc).

I used to be fast....now I just dream about it.

In Australia there is a site called Redbook which lists the original price and gives an idea of the current market price of cars and bikes. In Australia, the 1090 was around $18k, so you might be able to apply the exchange rate at the time to get a US value if all else fails. Presume there would be an equivalent type of site in the US - Kelly Blue Book or similar. https://www.redbook.com.au/bikes/det...OT-ITM-326308/

sometimes you can get lucky with the Wayback Machine Internet Archive which saves webpages periodically - www.webarchive.org

Thank you for that info. I downloaded the brochure. I just have a hard time getting info on the standard 1090.
