The M/C and slave springs have nothing to do with lever pressure......
It's all about the ratio of the bore diameters and the springs in the clutch

As usual, esq'z me is right. The clutch springs are substantially stiffer, and the ratio of diameters of the master to slave determine the mechanical advantage. The master spring is just enough to overcome the internal friction and the spring on the clutch switch.

As I'm getting pieces switched and taking measurements, please advise on the purpose of the MC & Slave springs. 🐣

Currently have:
Clutch MC piston seals replaced.
Original piston and spring installed.
Slave cylinder seals replaced.
New clutch plates.

Currently when moto is in 1st and clutch pulled in it was difficult if not impossible to turn wheel.

I noticed when bleeding system the amount of fluid is less than previously noticed.

Any ideas?
