Electrical issue?

Not sure if this has been posted did a search and did not see anything. If it has please direct me to it.

I started to notice that when the fan goes on the headlight goes to high beam for a split second then back to low beam. During the day it's not an issue, but at night people think I'm flashing them. It pretty much happens at stop lights, when it gets hotter. Anything I should check???

It's the SPU/CDI/Fuse box.

Nothing you can do.

It's a symptom of problems inside the box though--When mine began doing that (from day one my blinkers were funky, but never had stalling) around the 20k mile mark, shortly thereafter the bike began to die. In motion. At any speed. Scary. And, it wouldn't restart for up to 10 minutes.
A new box fixed it. But it took 2 months to get one, and that was a year ago. It's harder now.

Sorry. Good luck.
