Tank slider for 1090R????

I am looking for tank sliders for my 2012 1090R. I see some for the F4, but don't know if it will fit. Has anyone else found sliders that will work??

I never heard of a tank slider for a Brutale or anything else for that matter. Do you mean a frame slider?

And welcome to the forum. Try filling out your bio, you will get more response.

Hopefully you will never highside going around a group of Harleys like I did. The tip of the tank hits the pavement while sliding down the road. I don't believe frame sliders will prevent that from happening.

The tank shape of the Brutale significantly differs from the F4.

I'll bet the HD riders enjoyed your shennanigans...how do you High Side passing other road users?

I lost traction on the yellow paint. The rear tire started to spin as I was accelerating. In a split second, I was flying through the air like Superman. My friends said I bounced about 5ft in the air. Luckily, I had on leathers and didn't have a scratch on me.

I don't believe any slider would help much in a high side crash for that matter

I wouldn't bother with a tank slider, tank looks too nice and not that expensive to replace, frame and engine protection is much more important in my opinion and experience.
