Finally I get my MV!

In 2013 I had a Brutale 800 all teed up. It was going to be the very first new bike I'd ever owned, then just 3 days before I was to take delivery I was made redundant so it never happened.
Now a couple of years later I am finally getting an MV, albeit not new.
It is a 2009 Brutale 1078RR with just under 10K on the clock with all of the following goodies:

Full race exhaust system
PCY Power Commander with custom dyno tune
Ducati streetfighter handlebars
SATO adjustable rearsets
OHLINS custom made rear shock
Forks revalved
Custom seat trim front and rear
STM clutch slave cylinder
SFS radiator hose kit
MUZZYS fan cooling kit
High flow water pump upgrade
BMC air filter
GPR steering damper
Upgraded rear hub installed
Custom belly pan
SATO engine case protection
MARCHESINI forged wheels
Frame and axle sliders
Tail tidy
CRG arrow mirrors
CRG levers
MELOTTI reservoir caps
Mirror mount delete
RIZOMA petrol filler cap
Smoked taillight
RIZOMA indicators
Radiator guard
Anodised frame plugs
All panels carbon fibre

Apparently the previous owner spent over $30,000 on the above list and traded it on a 65HP cruiser because he couldn't handle it. Judging by the tyre wear this seems entirely plausible and indicates that did not really know how to ride too hard.

So I picked it up for A$13,000 delivered from Sydney. At that price I simply could not resist.

It arrives next Thursday. I'll have to run around with registration certificates and other bureaucratic crap but should be good to go next Friday just in time for the weekend!

Below are some pictures. What do you guys think?.....

WOW! That's a high spec'd bike.
I think the wait to get an MV will be more than worth it, as you've now got the BEST Brutale.
Enjoy the bike and keep us informed.

Don't think you could have gotten a better deal. Ride safe and take it easy with the throttle

Welcome aboard. It was worth the wait to get a beast of a machine. That price was an absolute steal!
I am sure you have already perused the forum and will do the usual hub and chain tension checks.
