HP Corse - 1078rr Unbaffled example.

A couple of weeks ago i said i'd post a video of the 1078 with the HP Corse Full system fitted.

Popped out today so figured i capture some video.

You don't need the 28 mins of footage i got to see how loud it is! I've added some video from my Ducati 848 Streetfighter with stock cans at the end of comparison.

Its hard to pick up the overun but if you ignore the wind blast its there...

I know and looking at those roads ..they seemed pretty dry.
What was the grip level like?

Bike sounds great by the way...(and I also like that streetfighter) I've sat one one but never had a ride...,very nice.

I recon it'll be around March before I get a ride again....., pretty 'Baltic' over here at the minute!

Cheers guys.

It was a rather chilly 3' here today!! I hoped for a clear day but it rained on me for the ride to Mv which is about 15 miles away. My hands definitely felt it!!

I had some thermals on my top, tshirt, neck guard and some cotton gloves over my normal gloves!!!

Once I had started I figured the bike was dirty so stuck with it.

Grip was ok I guess! I'm usually pretty sensible so didn't really push the bike hard today, it was about getting to mv so they could fit my swing arm guard.

Got there but sadly the part is for the 1090 not the 1078! Twice this has happened now so pretty disappointed. The dealer appears to have ordered the right part but got the 90 not 78 version. Most upset.

We agree they will look into it but I'm starting to worry you can't get a swing arm cover and steering dampner for the 1078 from factory mv. If thats the case I'll have around 800 to spend on options... Decisions decisions!!

Loved my SF. Was a great bike that I could loon around on all day. I've only covered 500 on the MV so will see how it pans out once the temps get up again.
