F3 800 rear sprocket

I bought new rear sprocket, carrier flange and what not. When I try to put it on, I can't quite get the carrier flange on. I get the sprocket carrier and the sprocket on. It seems to be off a bit. I thought if I removed the front sprocket and chain I'd be able to get it on. But I can't get the front sprocket off.

Did you loosen the pinch bolts and rotate the hub to the loosest position??

what sprocket did you end up buying? I know when i went to a 520 sprocket it could go on 2 ways, one was clearly wrong once installed.

As mentioned above you should loosen the pinch bolts and loosen the hub to simplify things..be sure to use a torque wrench on the hub bolts.

You have to loosen the chain (rotate the hub) to replace sprockets, and then re-adjust the chain.

15lbft/20Nm..... The factory spec is too high and can distort the hub bearings. Ask Noel.

That's the pinch bolts....the wheel and sprocket nut are 220 Nm
