So, you replaced the battery and the new battery will not start the bike?

The old battery will start the bike?

With batteries, you truly get what you pay for. Get a Yuasa YTZ 10S and be done with it.

Connect a voltmeter to your charger connection (the one on the bike that you connect the battery tender to when you're not riding).

You will see the standing voltage of the battery. Should be 12.8~13.5 volts with a good fully charged battery.

Turn on the key and see how much the voltage drops (it shouldn't drop much at all).

Start the bike (note how low the voltage drops during cranking. Must stay above 10 volts).

Once running note the voltage. Should be around 14.5 volts. It should stay around there from idle to high rpm.

Turn on the high beam, the turn signals the brake light and blow the horn all at the same time.....should stay around 14.5 volts. Might drop a bit but should never drop below your standing battery voltage measured earlier.
