I changed the fuel filter this weekend, used a Ducati 848/1098 filiter (a KL145 in a Ducati parts box). No problems at all. Turns out the F3 and those two Ducati's use the same fuel pump as well. FWIW the F3 was starting hard, changed the fuel filter out and it started right up.
